Welcome to our Civil Construction Technique program, in this course we will learn the fundamentals, processes and other characteristics of this beautiful profession, which guarantees the stability and quality of life of all human beings. The greatest expansion of this profession is oriented to the requirements of the development of a country, it implies improving technical aspects and having a global vision of quality and safety in the work, applying the corresponding regulations.
At first, we will deal with the basic activities of construction, then the essential characteristics of a project, until we reach the elaboration of the programming, costs and budgets of a construction project, through tools, techniques, and other necessary elements, reaching the integral management of the projects, thus seeking a generality in the processes.
In this module, the basic knowledge focused on the activities and stages of a construction project will be related, and the use of them within a productive business model, including the necessary material and human resources.
